Addor · Nanjing Digital De-carbon MOBO Technology Park
The project is located at Hongshan new city, Xuanwu district, Nanjing, and has a gross total area of 120,000㎡. Jointly built by MOBO and Addor Capital, the centre is planned to include headquarter office building, business complex, five-star hotel and hotel apartment. Targeting at European leading headquarter, production-related service company, advanced technology company, and finance company, the centre will be an integrated international business zone in Nanjing and function as a new drive for international exchange, urban and economic development.

1. Project Overview
The project is located within Tiebei Hongshan international community of Xuanwu district. As a key project in Nanjing, the project covers around 77,000㎡, has a total gross floor area of 180,000㎡（including office area of 37,000㎡）, and total investment close to RMB 2 billion. It is composed of three LEED-certified seven-layer office buildings invested and constructed by state-owned enterprise, adopts MOBO integrated industrial service system and builds national craftsmanship business office benchmark featuring “digitalization decarbonization dual-engine” in Nanjing.

Siemens Xcelerator Yangtze River Delta Technology Innovation Enablement Center has settled in Addor · Nanjing Digital De-carbon MOBO Technology Park. The building of Siemens’ global first off-line experience and application service center, creates “online intelligent reform and digital transformation” one-stop service platform and co-builds digital transformation service ecosystem. The center provides enterprises with digital and de-carbon transformation service, uses resource integration, technology co-creation, and international cooperation to enable enterprises, promotes clustering of upstream and downstream enterprises, shapes complete ecological system featuring green decarbonization and digital economic industries, fully releases data element value, stimulates digital and de-carbon potential, and injects new energy into the industrial development of Xuanwu district and even the entire Nanjing.
