Through our own efforts, we aim to promote industrial clustering and upgrading for governments at all levels; deliver standardized business services and value chain operations for industrial parks, business buildings, and enterprises through our self-developed MOBO operation management model; promote intelligent reform, digital transformation, and green de-carbon industrial transition for industrial enterprises through digital and de-carbon technology application from our tech subsidiaries: Sieland Digital Technology (cooperating with Siemens) and Biland Intelligent Technology (joint venture with Baidu); and value more on being a company that is "trustworthy and respected". We establish this vision with solemn commitment. Once it is set, we are ready to dedicate determined efforts to realize it.

Through decades of dedication, today's Land Group, anchored in urban development and enterprise growth, has established its presence in the Yangtze River Delta with acute market foresight and superior operational capabilities, extending its reach nationwide and globally. We have built a professional team excelling in perseverance and innovation, fostering an open, innovative and vision-driven corporate culture. Through decades of cultivation, our business has expanded from the Yangtze River Delta to the Middle East and Europe, with ongoing growth. Serving nearly 450 European and American enterprises, we’ve developed 20+ industrial parks spanning 3.8+ million square meters, achieving an average tax revenue of RMB 1.2+ million per mu. Having established five core industrial park standards, we have created benchmarking projects such as MOBO Collaborative Innovation Industrial Park (Siemens' first smart park in China) and Shanghai-Suzhou Zero Carbon MOBO Digital Industrial Park (2.5 industrial park), and regional benchmarking industrial carriers such as Land Dongting Building • German Centre and Sino-Euro MOBO Joint Innovation Center (under construction), making significant contributions to the digital upgrade, advanced manufacturing industry clustering and construction, and industry-city integrated and sustainable development in the Yangtze River Delta.
