Saudi Investment and Business Center (“Saudi Center”)
Suzhou Land Group is the advocator and practitioner of China-Saudi Dual Centers, and also the strategic cooperation partner of Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones (MODON). In December 2023, during the China-Saudi Investment Conference, Land Group was warmly received by H.E. Khalid AI-Falih, minister of Investment of Saudi Arabia. Fang Wei, deputy governor of Jiangsu province, participated in the activity and jointly witnessed the China-Saudi signing.
The dual center platform, invested and constructed by Land Group, is dedicated to building China-Saudi government-enterprise exchange and service platform, aiming at promoting win-win cooperation in fields such as two-way investment, technology innovation, service trade, and cultural exchange, helping China-Saudi enterprises with global layout, and promoting China-Saudi cooperation to develop toward higher quality, full fields and comprehensive directions.

The construction of the Saudi Center Headquarter Building is entering its final phase and will be officially put into use next year

Chinese Enterprise Service Center (“China Center”)
The “China Center” aims to facilitate the safe and effective industrial transfer from China to Saudi Arabia, providing "one-stop service" for Chinese and international enterprises.
The China Center is committed to long-termism, focusing on the success of Chinese enterprises going global. It builds a service, resource, and ecosystem framework tailored to enterprise needs—pursuing “collective success” as the foundation for achieving “systemic security.”
