The project lies to the north of Taidong Road, east of Zhongshi Road, and west of Fangqiao Road in Suzhou. Covering a total area of around 61,300㎡, the project is composed of 1 single-layer plant building (4874.9㎡), 4 three-layer plant buildings (17987.86㎡ each), and 1 five-layer supporting building. With building maximum single span of 22 m within the park, the project has distinctive feature of overall space layout. The rational space design, convenient traffic organization, and reasonable human-vehicle flow line meet different enterprise settlement needs, and focus on constructing high-standard industrial space clusters.
After the construction completion, the park will have new generation electronic information technology, new energy and aerospace as main industries, focus on strengthening, complementing and extending chains in sub-sectors such as semi-conductor, integrated circuit, electronic component, AI, automobile spare part, and intelligent equipment, and build top-tier park for manufacturing industry in the cooperation zone.
