1. Project Overview
The project lies in Changshu High-tech Zone, covers an area of 65,800 square meters, and plans to construct 100,000㎡high-quality headquarters for trade, production, R&D, conference and exhibition. As the entity platform for strategic docking of “the Belt and Road” and Saudi “2030 Vision”, this project is selected as “2025 Suzhou Key project”, and selected together with Land MOBO Center (Saudi Center) as “2025 Jiangsu Key Service Industry Projects”. Land Group will treat the China-Saudi Industrial Park as a supporting point, and promote the in-depth integration of China-Saudi industrial chains and the building of Saudi community and cultural center. Meanwhile Land Group will interact with Saudi Center to form a “dual-core driven” pattern, and provide strong engine to the integration of Changshu and even the Yangtze River Delta into “the Belt and Road” construction.
2. Traffic Location
The project lies in the core area of Changshu southern new city, closely neighbors the ecological landmark Kuncheng Lake. Same as China-Saudi Center, both of them belong to China-Saudi (Changshu) International Economic Cooperation Zone.

Driven by “trade + industry” dual wheels, China Saudi Industrial Park integrates full ecological functions such as cross-border trade, joint R&D, investment service, conference and exhibition, is dedicated to building a bridge for China-Saudi two-way enablement – also a “trade silk road” for China’s enterprises to reach the Middle East directly, and provide hub carriers for Saudi and even global high-quality enterprises to settle in Changshu.
