1. Project Overview
Land MOBO Center is a key project in Suzhou in 2024. Jointly built by Land Group and Changshu government, the center is the first LEED & DGNB certified office building with full & fine decoration in Changshu, and has a total gross floor area of around 50,000㎡. Relying on many years’ experience in industrial operation and international resource network, Land Group attracts massive high-quality international industrial assets and high-end talent clusters, the center builds top-level industrial resource ecosphere and international joint innovation system in Changshu, and creates benchmarking projects for Changshu external cooperation.
2. Traffic Location
Land MOBO Center lies to the east of Changkun Road and north of Dongnan Avenue in Changshu High-tech Zone, and closely neighbors the main axis of Changshu southward development in Suzhou city area. As a component of Suzhou integrated and innovative development area (Changshu as a key zone), the project will radiate to Changshu southern new city, enabling various functions to develop jointly.
3. Project Advantage
Relying on Land Group’s domestic and foreign resources cumulated over many years, the project will bring in leading enterprises and technology transfer platforms from countries such as Saudi Arabia, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France and Britain, and Land Group will settle in the center after project completion to jointly engage in the building of six international innovation centers such as Sino-Euro Advanced Manufacturing Innovation Centre, and Saudi Center in China. The cross-field cooperations in international cooperation, scientific research and innovation, and technology transfer acceleration, will integrate and collaborate to form 2.5 industrial peak, and promote the clustering of domestic and foreign high-quality industries, high-end talents and industrial capitals.
Land MOBO Center brings in and establishes China-Saudi Center as the first stop and gathering place of China enterprises and international leading enterprises in China that will invest in Saudi Arabia. China-Saudi Center aims at offering one-stop service in fields such as China-Saudi two-way investments, enterprise overseas investments, technology innovation, service trade, cultural tourism, talent cultivation and sports. The center responses to the realization and development of China's "Belt and Road Initiative" and Saudi Arabia's "2030 Vision" strategy through two-way cooperation and exchange.
