On February 4, 2026, Suzhou Land Group 2025 Summary and Commendation Conference was successfully held. The conference comprehensively reviewed the development achievements in 2025, targeted at “supporting overseas strategic initiatives with domestic certainty” core direction, gathered unanimous consensus, and planned for a new chapter of globalization. Participants include Ye Feng, group chairman, Gu Wenwen, group president, Xu Lili, vice president and general manager of World Property, Xu Jie, vice president and general manager of Changshu Management Center, Zeng Liang, senior vice president of international cooperation, all staff of the group and the management of its subsidiaries. 

During the conference, Gu Wenwen systematically reviewed the strategic planning of the third development phase, comprehensively summarized 2025 strategic implementation effect, and specified 2026 goals and approaches, forming solid base for the group to stably move forward.  

The beginning year of the “three-two-five” strategic planning:

Domestic and foreign dual markets, beginning of a new cycle

2025 is the beginning of the second five-year strategic planning during the third development phase(hereinafter referred to as “three-two-five” strategic planning). Land Group focused on core businesses with each business developing collaboratively. New layout in Zhejiang was shaped and cooperation with all-level cities such as Nanjing and Suzhou within Jiangsu was continuously deepened. Achievements, such as key breakthroughs in overseas layout, continuous innovation and exploration in technology business, and operating revenue against-trend increase in property and hotel businesses, offered solid performance support and good development base to the group. With the strategic promoting of heavy-asset business investment and overseas business key layout, the group’s overall development entered into an upward phase. 

2026 prospects:

Domestic and foreign dual markets drive

In 2026, Land Group will simultaneously and comprehensively promote international layout. The official launch of Land’s subsidiary in Saudi Arabia is not only a new beginning, but also a substantial step forward to “communicate with the world”. At this key stage, Land will center on “domestic and foreign dual-market-driven” overall strategy, focus on advantageous resources in domestic markets, further cement and increase market share, provide strong guarantee to overseas market strategic development with domestic market certainty, and promote the realization of larger span in global markets.

At the end, Ye Feng, chairman of Land Group, delivered summary speech.
