Land Operating First OPC Community is Launched in Nanjing! Addor · Land Zhilian OPC Community —— Xuanwu · Modeler Academy Hongshan New City Branch is Officially Unveiled.

On January 6, 2026, in order to actively implement “State Council Opinions on Actions about In-depth AI+ Implementation”, and plans of provincial and municipal governments on AI industry, Conference on Innovative development of International Dynamic Urban Area in Nanjing Xuanwu District was successfully held. During the conference, Addor · Land Zhilian OPC(One Person Company) Community —— Xuanwu · Modeler Academy Hongshan New City Branch was officially unveiled. Multiple party representatives such as district party committee and government officials, district colleges and universities, R&D institutions, key enterprises and innovative entrepreneurs, participated in the conference. Xu Jie, vice president of Land Group, and Wang Haibing, general manager of Nanjing Management Center, were invited to attend the launch ceremony.

During the conference, Zhuang Jiafeng, member of the Standing Committee of Xuanwu District Party Committee, and executive deputy district governor, Ding Rui, executive deputy general manager of Jiangsu Addor Huijing Capital Management Co., ltd., and Xu Jie, vice president of Land Group, jointly and officially launched the OPC Community. The activity marks a key step forward to build AI industrial ecology and systematically cultivate future innovative entrepreneurs. Min Yifeng, secretary of the Standing Committee of Xuanwu District, addressed that the community should bring into full play of the driving role of Land Group’s international cooperation resources and Siemens Xcelerator platform’s chain leader ecology, further integrate global technology resources and scenario support, and continuously enhance the technology enablement and ecology aggregation capabilities of the OPC community. 

Jointly built by Hongshan Street, Addor Huijing, and Land Group, the OPC community is a key project for Xuanwu District to implement “modeler academy” construction plan and seize the AI industry development opportunity. Located in Building No.1 of Addor · Nanjing Digital De-carbon MOBO Technology Park, this project has planned spaces covering core office area, shared supporting area, collaborative exchange area and one-stop service center, fully matching the need for OPC development. 

The OPC community is the first MOBO German-grade business park in Nanjing and guided by “AI + multi-field innovation”. “Seven-in-one” full life cycle ecological service system will be built in the community, focusing on cultivating “one person army” future productive force and injecting new energy to regional AI industry and talent building. Relying on Addor Capital’s state-owned background and MOBO’s international operation experiences, the community deeply integrates industrial resources and professional service capability, and offers solid support to settled enterprises and innovative talents.
