Siemens Xcelerator Yangtze River Delta Technology Innovation Enablement Center is Officially Launched! Land Group Enables Whole-process Regional Digital and Ecological Constructions

On December 18, 2025, Siemens Xcelerator Yangtze River Delta Technology Innovation Enablement Center, jointly built by Nanjing Xuanwu District Government, Siemens (China) Co., Ltd., and Suzhou Land Group, was officially launched in Addor · Nanjing Digital De-carbon MOBO Technology Park. The Center is jointly operated by Sieland Digital Technology Co., Ltd. under Suzhou Land Group, and Siemens, both parties will give full play to their respective advantages in aspects such as industrial digitalization, technology innovation and park ecological operation, co-build the Yangtze River Delta technology innovation enablement platform integrating scenario experience, ecological docking and innovative service, and promote the collaborative development of regional industrial digitalization and greenization. 

Officials such as Zhou Hongbo, member of the Standing Committee of Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee, and secretary of Nanjing Municipal Party Committee, and Li Zhongjun, acting mayor of Nanjing, participated in the activity and jointly witnessed the official launchof the enablement center. During the activity, Zhou Hongbo had in-depth exchange with Ye Feng, chairman of Land Group. After detailed understanding of park investment promotion progress and operation planning, Zhou Hongbo highly recognized Land Group for its contribution to the whole-process promoting from carrier building, project investment promotion, to operation implementation, fully recognized the park development positioning and project implementation effect, and gave critical instructions on key investment promotion projects.

Siemens Xcelerator Yangtze River Delta Technology Innovation Enablement Center, focuses on fields such as industrial digitalization and smart cities, builds an open platform integrating exhibition, application experience, and ecosystem service. Zhou Hongbo and his team visited platform typical scenario application, and hope the center would actively build “one-stop” digital transformation service platform, bring ecological advantage into full play in fields such as “AI + Industries”, and assist with traditional industry renewal and upgrade. Hu Jianjun, general manager of Siemens Xcelerator China, and chairman of Siemens Digital Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., shared with guests the center’s strategic vision: “The center focuses on features of industries in the Yangtze River Delta, and treats enterprise needs as guidance. Through open technology resources, the center fully uses policy support, effectively links supply and demand ends, builds industrial ecological close loop featuring demand aggregation, ecology co-building, verification and promotion, and value realization, and assists enterprises with high-quality and rapid development in the tide of digitalization.”

From signing to launch, the successful implementation of the center is another successful case demonstrating Land’s industrial operation capability under its international vision. In the future, Land Group will continue to deepen collaborative cooperation with Siemens and all other partners, jointly promote regional industries to develop toward intelligence, greenization, and premiumization through ecology joint interaction and resource sharing, and inject long-lasting energy into the sustainable development of Nanjing and even the entire Yangtze River Delta.
