Suzhou Land Group Signed Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Wuxi Huishan Technology Innovation Industrial Group

On September 15, 2025, Suzhou Land Group, together with Wuxi Huishan Technology Innovation Industrial Group (hereinafter referred to as “Huishan Technology Innovation”), held strategic cooperation signing ceremony. With innovative integration of “state-owned capital platform + internationalized industrial operator”, both parties pressed the “acceleration button” to co-build the regional “industrial operation system”. Participants include Zheng Tianyu, member of the Standing Committee of Huishan District Party Committee, and executive deputy district governor, Zhang Xuejun, chairman of Huishan Technology Innovation, Ye Feng, chairman of Suzhou Land Group, and Gu Wenwen, president of Suzhou Land Group.
As the innovation model of resource integration and development based on top-layer strategic vision, the comprehensive cooperation between the two parties, uses “six boundary breakthroughs” to re-forge the industrial logic, and conducts in-depth cooperations centering on businesses such as brand system co-building, investment promotion and operation collaboration, industrial consulting and planning, digital de-carbon platform building, international resource docking, and property and commercial management upgrade. Through resource grafting, model innovation and ecology co-building, the cooperation realizes the systematic renewal and value re-construction of Huishan Technology Park, co-builds high-efficiency industrial park investment promotion and operation ecology, and promotes Huishan to become the “innovation reactor” for the Yangtze River Delta industrial collaboration.
The cooperation is not only a key exploration of market transition of district-level state-owned enterprises, but also an in-depth matching of globalized resources and local industrial genes. With the deepened cooperation, Huishan Technology Innovation’s carrier resources will have continuous chemical reactions with Land’s operation capability. Land will bring into full play its leading advantages in aspects including industrial ecology building, park refined operation, and global resource grafting, inject sustainable energy to the industrial transformation and upgrade of Huishan and even Wuxi, and create new benchmark of government-enterprise collaboration and industry-city innovation.
Background Introduction
Founded in May 2021, Huishan Technology Innovation is an industrial investment and service group approved by Wuxi Huishan District Party Committee and District Government. It undertakes functions such as technological industry investment, industrial promotion and service, technological carrier platform construction and development, and external investment utilizing self-owned capital and asset. With registered capital of RMB 6.098 billion, Huishan Technology Innovation is not only the main platform for state-owned capital investment and operation in Huishan district, but also the key implementation entity to construct national intelligent manufacturing zone and eastern China technology innovation valley in Huishan district, featuring the distinctive “fund + base “ dual-wheel driven supporting advantage.
