Sino-German Cooperation｜Focus on Digitalization and Decarbonization｜Land Group Assists Constructing Nanjing International Joint Innovation Center

On May 23, “Trip of German enterprises in Nanjing” open, cooperation and development conference was held in Nanjing. With the theme of “Sino-German cooperation, gather future in Nanjing”, over 200 enterprise representatives and industrial experts from Fortune Global 500, hidden champions, industrial leading enterprises, business association and Nanjing local enterprises, conducted exchange and discussion. They jointly explored cooperation opportunities and potentials in strategic emerging industries in Nanjing and Germany such as AI, digital economy, high-end equipment manufacturing, and biomedicine. Xu Jie, vice president of Land Group, and Wang Haibing, general manager of investment and operation department of Land Group, participated in the activity. 

During the activity, Nanjing Xuanwu District Government, Suzhou Land Group, China International Trust and Investment Corporation Collaboration Committee Jiangsu Branch, and Siemens (Shenzhen) Digital Technology Nanjing Branch, signed cooperation agreement. 

In 2024, Land Group successfully helped Siemens Xcelerator Yangtze River Delta Technology Innovation Enablement Center to settle in Tiebei Hongshan International Community in Xuanwu district. The center is Xcelerator’s global first off-line experience and application service center, aiming at cultivating a batch of new generation digital and de-carbon transformation service provider, and promoting the digital transformation and sustainable development of enterprises in Nanjing and the Yangtze River Delta.

In the future, based on in-depth all-field cooperation and resource collaboration, four parties will use their respective and unique advantages in business, finance, industry and technology fields to co-build “digitalization·decarbonization” ecological industrial chain, build full-cycle industrial service system covering project application, industrial incubation, operational support and financial guidance, work together to accelerate the clustering of global high-quality leading projects, and co-build a clustering hub of digital economy and de-carbon industrial ecology in the Yangtze River Delta. Meanwhile, multiple parties such as enterprises, colleges, universities, scientific research institutions, investment institutions, and ecological partners will be attracted to co-build “International Joint Innovation Center”.

Covering an area of 77,333 m²，Tiebei Hongshan International Community is a key project in Nanjing. The project is invested and constructed by Qingnianhui Fund under Yida Huijing Management, with total gross floor area of 180,000 m² and total investment of nearly RMB 2 billion.

The project industrial office carrier has outstanding geographic location, it is close to Zijin Mountain and Xuanwu Lake, and has direct access to subway line 9. There are complete industrial ecological supporting services such as boutique business, high-end hotel, and talent apartment. The project centers on Nanjing “1+2+2” industrial system, targets at “digitalization + decarbonization” core industries, and treats relevant production-related service industry as supplementary industry, and internationalized innovation platform and project as leaders. The project focuses on bringing in data-related, digital economy and de-carbon industries, building a benchmark of digital economic development and industrial ecological clustering, and forming a new hub with digital economy and green decarbonization as core industries.
