1. Project Overview
Under the background of national strategy of Yangtze River Delta integration and integrated and coordinated regional development, the southern Changshu new city is driving a new round of city layout upgrade. Changshu has entered "lake-adjacent era" and new industries will be developed around Kuncheng lake.
Shanghai-Suzhou Zero Carbon MOBO Digital Industrial Park is located right by Kuncheng lake and enjoys the optimal ecological resource in Changshu. With green low-carbonization as core, advanced technology as engine, and lakeside landscape as base, the park is dedicated to clustering industry leaders including AI and industrial internet, and building centralized service zone with clear industry feature, diversified high-tech company cluster and high-end international business functions.
2. Transportation & Location
The project is located in the heart of southern Changshu new city and closely neighbors Kuncheng lake expressway. In the future, subway will be available at project site to connect with Suzhou rail transit, extend toward south to merge into main city of Suzhou, and realize integrated development of transportation space with Suzhou.
3. Project Advantage
(1) Business Layout
Shanghai-Suzhou Zero Carbon MOBO Digital Industrial Park (first area launched) has a total area of 70,000㎡ and is designed by Broadway Malyan. High-rise office building, 2.5 headquarter building, R & D building and international innovative conference forum centre are available in the park. Main functions include office, forum, exhibition, conference, training and catering.
(2) Industry Invitation
The project will invite world digital science and technology leaders like Baidu, Siemens, well-known industry funds like Suzhou Private Equity Fund, and Addor Capital to settle in the park, and will construct Siemens' first digital empowerment centre integrating "advanced manufacturing and low carbon industrial park" in China, operation centre(empowerment centre) for Internet of Things in smart industrial park, and Baidu's first "AI and industrial internet" (one base, two platforms, three centres) in Yangtze River Delta.
The adoption of 2.5 digital industry clusters including AI, digital technology, industrial internet, software and information service, cloud computing and big data, and smart energy will promote clustering of smart 2.0 manufacturing industry. Industrial fund operation will realize coordinated industry and capital development. Training on digital talents will provide strong HR support for intelligent reform and digital transformation of Changshu and Suzhou. Afterwards, innovative pillar industries and new strategic industries will be created in Changshu, influence Suzhou and Yangtze River Delta region, and eventually form a world first-class cluster featured with green, low carbonization and smart digital industrial chain.
