3. Product Layout
The core of project is composed of 5 multi-storey garden office buildings with total area of 39184㎡ (7837㎡ each). Each building has 7 stories and the same storey height of 4m. Green, low-carbonization and digital informatization will be merged into construction and operation, and all buildings are planned to be certified by LEED and DGNB. Outdoor business landscape garden and standard column-free office space of 380-2659㎡ are available in buildings to match diversified high-quality office needs from domestic and foreign companies. Meanwhile, Sino-German MOBO Business Centre will settle in to provide one-stop star-hotel-grade service including administration, business, finance, marketing, and health tracking.
