The centre is located at heart of Qingpu new city, the west gateway and bridgehead of integrated demonstrative zone in Yangtze River Delta, and covers 130,000㎡. Featured with integration of Shanghai stone-arched gate element and the design of German business park, the centre is positioned to invite investment from both international and domestic growing companies in financial innovation, service trade, and science and technology informatization. The project aims to build the first German grade business ecological building in world-class Hongqiao as the first stop of domestic and overseas SMEs to enter Shanghai.

1. Project Overview

3. Product Layout
The core of project is two office towers covering 37,000㎡ and 32,000㎡ respectively. Both buildings have 18 storeys and the same height of 4.2m for standard storey. Green, low-carbonization and digital information are merged into construction and operation, and buildings are planned to be certified by LEED and DGNB. Both buildings have outdoor garden and standard column-free office space of 600 – 2360㎡ to match diversified office needs. Meanwhile, Sino-German MOBO Business Centre will settle in to provide one-stop star-hotel-grade service including administration, business, finance, marketing, and health tracking.
