1. Project Overview
Land Dongting Building lies in the heart of Taicang CBD and has a total gross area of 30,000㎡. Certified by LEED and DGNB, it is a successful modern building model aiming to realize sustained employment and tax revenue and regional economic development through gathering of talents and capital flow within clustered space.
Meanwhile, with settlement of the world 6th German Centre, Land Dongting Building has become a Sino-German Cooperation benchmark within Yangtze River Delta. Now nearly 90 companies, including 38 foreign-invested companies (23 German) and 33 publicly listed companies, have settled in Dongting.
The total registered capital reached RMB 4.7 billion, and annual tax payment in 2020 exceeded RMB 200 million. The main businesses are production-related service and modern service industries covering finance, consulting, law, accounting, and high technology.
2. German Centre
In 2016, the world 6th German Centre settled in Land Dongting Building. The centre is a platform for German companies to expand global business and the first stop for European SME to enter overseas market. As an important bridge for economic exchange among Germany and other countries, German Centre has 6 branches in the world, creates superior platform for German companies to develop overseas business and therefore it is honored by German companies as "overseas home of Germany".
Taicang German Centre is currently the only German Centre established in non-capital and non-economic capital city. Since the foundation, it has invited investment from more than 30 German and other foreign companies mainly in production-related service industries including finance, law, accounting, consulting and technology transfer.
3. Product Layout
Enlightened by the giant vessel used in Zhenghe's voyage in history, design of Dongting's main lobby is featured with 8.9m ceiling height and multi-function guest rest area. Aisle indicator and green separation system can separate office staff from business customers, creating optimal office environment.
Sino-German MOBO Business Centre on the 2nd floor is an integrated MOBO operation service provider featured with 4000㎡ high-standard multifunction hall, business restaurant, executive lounge and gym that provide business service and value chain operation platform for Sino-German company cooperation, culture exchange, and company resource sharing.
