Suzhou Land Group Signed Cooperation Agreement with Nanjing Municipal Investment Promotion Bureau, Another New Chapter for City Industrial Cooperation at 2025 Beginning

On February 13th, Suzhou Land Group signed cooperation agreement with Nanjing Municipal Investment Promotion Bureau. This cooperation is based on the principle of “Innovation and Collaboration, Open and Win-win”, focuses on international resource integration and industrial ecology co-building, and implements comprehensive strategic cooperation centering on fields such as cross-border dual centers construction, digital de-carbon platform building, industrial investment promotion cooperation, “the Belt and Road” research and culture exchange. The group will deeply integrate Nanjing city development strategy, use international vision and industrial operation advantage to help Nanjing build open and innovative hub in the Yangtze River Delta.

Before the signing, Ji Tiejun, deputy mayor of Nanjing, met with Ye Feng, chairman of Suzhou Land Group and his team. Ji Tiejun expressed welcome to the engagement of Land in Nanjing high-quality development. He said that Nanjing government will take this signing as an opportunity to bring multiple advantages into full play such as policy guidance, resource allocation, science and education innovation, and provide solid protection in the process of subsequent in-depth cooperation of both parties; Ye Feng expressed sincere thanks to the support and help from Nanjing government. He said that as a high-energy level city with extreme development potential in the Yangtze River Delta and even across China, Nanjing is the key area of Land Group’s strategic layout. The group will fully use its experience and accumulation in aspects such as industrial operation, park platform construction, and international resource integration, and provide better services for Nanjing high-quality development.

Engage in “the Belt and Road” construction and development, build international and domestic dual centers

Land Group will bring globalized cooperation experience into full play, actively respond to the “the Belt and Road” national call, build cross-border cooperation channel in Nanjing, and provide China’s enterprises with one-stop services such as overseas markets development and policy docking. Meanwhile, the group will attract international capital and technology to gather in Nanjing, form cross-regional industrial collaboration networks, and jointly build “the Belt and “Road” research institute and cultural exchange center, and dual system talent training center in colleges, universities and think tanks of Nanjing, and provide guarantees for the long endurance of international cooperation system.

Land Group builds the Yangtze River Delta digital and carbon integrated demonstration area in Nanjing. With “digitalization and decarbonization” as the direction, this platform uses Siemens Xcelerator Yangtze River Enablement Center as a technology support, and promotes the clustering of specialized, refined, differential, and innovative enterprises in fields of robot and digital industry. Land actively promotes “large model base” construction, cultivates large model application projects and ecology, and strengthens the service capability of local AI large model.
