Global First! Siemens Xcelerator Yangtze River Delta Technology Innovation Enablement Center Settles in Yida·Tiebei Hongshan International Community

On September 11th, 2024, Siemens (China) Co., Ltd., Suzhou Land Group and Nanjing Xuanwu District Government signed cooperation agreement. Siemens invests and settles Xcelerator Yangtze River Delta Technolody Inovation Enablement Center in Nanjing Xuanwu district, the center will become Siemen's global first offline experience and application service center. In the future, all three parties will center on conducting cooperations in multiple aspects such as supports on industry, talent and ecology, co-build the ecosystem of digital and de-carbon transformation services in Nanjing and the Yangtze River Delta, and promote the development of digital and de-carbon economies in Nanjing.
Chen Zhichang, mayor of Nanjiang, met with Xiao Song, Siemens global executive vice-president, Siemens China region president and CEO, Cao Xingbin, general manager of Jiangsu GOVTOR Capital Co., Ltd., and Ye Feng, chairman of Suzhou Land Group Co., Ltd.
After the meeting, with the witness of Chen Zhichang and Xiao Song, Zhang Zhichao, Nanjing Xuanwu District governor, Wan Bing, Siemens (China) senior vice-president, and Ye Feng, chairman of Suzhou Land Group, signed cooperation agreement.
Siemens Xcelerator Yangtze River Delta Technology Innovation Enablement Center Settles in Tiebei Hongshan International Community invested and constructed by Jiangsu GOVTOR Capital Co., Ltd. As Simens Xcelerator’s global first offline experience and application service center, it will rely on the support of Nanjing, Xuanwu District and GOVTOR Capital Co., Ltd. on innovation-driven development, digital economy development and de-carbon sustainable development, build “online intelligent reform and digital transformation” one-stop service platform, organize various types of industry and technology events, and provide enterprises with services relating to digital de-carbon transformation, and digital talent cultivation. Meanwhile, the center will strengthen industrial chain up and down streams collaboration, work with cooperation partners to build digital transformation service ecosystem, jointly promote Siemens Xcelerator ecological cooperation partners to settle in Nanjing, and jointly enable manufacturing industry through resource integration, technology co-creation, and international cooperation.

In the future, all parties will collaborate and endeavor to build Siemens Xcelerator Yangtze River Innovation Enablement Center into a comprehensive digital commercial service platform enabling the building of diversified ecologies, conducting of precise enablement, deepening of international cooperation, activating of technology innovation and promoting of industrial upgrade.

As a key project in Nanjing, Tiebei Hongshan International Community has a total investment of around RMB 2 billion, and total gross floor area of 180,000㎡ including 37,000㎡ area of office carrier. MOBO integrated industrial service system is brought into the project, which is exclusively operated by MOBO. The project is close to Zijin Mountain, Xuanwu Lake, and has direct access to subway line 9. Supporting facilities include complete industrial ecological services such as boutique business, high-end hotel, and talent apartment.

The project centers on Nanjing “1+2+2”industrial system, targets at “digitalization and carbon” industries, treats relevant production-related service as supplementary industry, and international innovation platform and project as leaders. The project focuses on bringing in data-related, digital economy and de-carbon industries, forms new hub with digital economy and green decarbonization as core industries, and builds demonstrative benchmarking projects for de-carbon development.
