Land MOBO Center, Invite World to Invest in Changshu！

Closely following the strategic docking of China's "Belt and Road Initiative" and Saudi Arabia's "2030 Vision", Land MOBO Center, jointly built by Land Group and Changshu government, is a key project in Suzhou in 2024. The center is the first LEED & DGNB certified office building with full & fine decoration in Changshu, striving for “the National High-quality Project Award”.
The project is built with the spirit of craftsmanship by BroadwayMalyan, a well-known British design company. Changshu cultural landmark Fangta Tower, natural landmark Yushan Mountain, and prosperous commerce, economy and trade are integrated and applied to the design of project buildings, spaces and landscapes.
City memories and personalities form building shapes. The combination of one tower and three office buildings offers two types of workplaces, integrates multi-layer balcony spaces, and creates new model of office buildings connecting culture and buildings.
Bringing in and establishing Sino-Saudi Center, aiming at offering one-stop service in fields such as Sino-Saudi two-way investments, enterprise sailing out, technology innovation, service trade, cultural tourism, talent cultivation and sports.
In the future, relying on Land Group's domestic and foreign resources cumulated over many years, the project will bring in technology transfer platforms and innovative enterprises from countries such as Saudi Arabia, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France and Britain, and jointly build six international innovation centers.
Natural air garden of over 5000㎡, which matches the need of international enterprises, is brought into the project.
Fazi Lake, the hydrophilic pure natural lake, and the customized international kayak club dock, offer unique and super comfortable officing condition enabling day-time work and noon boating.
Changshu unique high-end business center, offers different specifications of high-quality shared hardwares such as meeting room, multi-functional hall, reception hall, business restaurant, cafe, and gym, and is equipped with central administrative secretaries and business drivers. All these facilities and services meet enterprises’ supporting requirement in operation such as high-end conference, meeting, brand activity, catering and business entertainment.
