Job Responsibilities:
1.Organize and implement daily investment promotion works such as customer development, channel maintenance, activity holding, project tracking, visit reception, contract signing and follow-up tracking service;  
2.Endeavor to use various types of self and external resources to develop investment promotion channels and network building, including but not limited to industrial business associations, funds, clubs, law firms, and government divisions;
3.Based on investment promotion requirements at different stages, conduct all-round market research on relevant dynamics about competing projects, competitors, target investment promotion industries, and market price fluctuation, form corresponding analysis reports;
4.Assist development division to conduct some early-stage consulting works on newly developed industrial park projects, such as formulating industrial positioning analysis reports, formulating project design assignment, and engineering drawing inspection during project design stage. 

Ability Requirements:
1.Minimum bachelor degree, no limitation to majors (appropriate priority gives to majors in economy, management and finance), minimum 3 years’ experience in industrial park investment promotion, operation and management; 
2.Has relative comprehensive knowledge on industrial park project planning, design and operation, understand national policies on industries and innovative entrepreneurship, familiar with industrial park related policies, regional dynamics and development trends;
3.Excellent customer-oriented sense, strong organizational leadership and business negotiation ability; 
4.Requirements can be lowered and priority will be given to those with fluent English in listening and speaking; 
5.Priority will be given to those with rich industrial investment promotion enterprise resources.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist superiors to formulate international business development strategy
(1) Analyze international market opportunities and risks, cooperate with superiors to formulate international business development strategies and plans, provide basic data support;
(2) Be responsible for the collection, compilation, statistics and analysis on overseas market information, and timely communicate to superiors, complete operation goals and plans set by superiors.  
2. Cooperate with superiors to breakdown operation goals, and give timely feedback on 
operation status
(1) Implement operation plans, cooperate to coordinate group international resources, and optimize operation management；
(2) Actively develop overseas markets, complete sales and management goals set by the group. 
3. International customer relationship management and negotiation on international business cooperation
(1) Cooperate with superiors to manage international customer relationships, establish cooperation relationships with multi-national enterprises and international organizations, develop international business cooperation opportunities;
(2) Be responsible for docking the implementation of relevant domestic and foreign businesses, assist superiors to maintain relationships with foreign governments and relevant organizations, ensure the normal proceeding of projects; 
(3) Cooperate with superiors to implement relevant basic works and external exchange and cooperation on behalf of the group;
(4) Engage in full process works such as project negotiation, and contract signing. 
4. establish digital marketing strategy, system and brand promotion, promote business development
(1) Integrate operation goals and market progresses to formulate market promotion strategy, digital marketing strategy and plan, assist and supervise the implementation of activities such as content marketing, social media promotion, search engine optimization (SEO), enhance the influence and share of group brand in the international market;
(2) Collaborate with brand promotion division to plan and implement digital brand activities such as online offline activities, website promotion, and social media activities, enhance degree of brand exposure and degree of user participation, analyze and evaluate the effect and ROI of digital brand activities, and optimize brand promotion strategy and execution plan through data analysis and report.
5. Team management and training
(1) Manage the team daily, provide basic pre-employment training to international business development specialists;
(2) Guide team members, enhance overall team performance and personal ability, realize increase in international market businesses.
6. Cross-division collaboration
(1) Cooperate closely with other group divisions, jointly promote international business development, realize business goals in international markets;
(2) Grasp relevant knowledge about overseas industrial park construction, cooperate with superiors to complete overseas industrial construction goals. 
7. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors, 

Ability Requirements:
1.Minimum bachelor degree, international trade, international business, international finance, enterprise management or other relevant majors;
2.Excellent business negotiation skill, capable of using English to communicate and cooperate effectively with customers;
3.3-5 years’ work experience in industrial park operation and management, or foreign businesses;
4.Team cooperation spirit and leadership, effectively coordinate cross-division cooperation, form a link between the preceding and the following, manage the team and promote project implementation;
5.Good communication, expression and sales skills, good service sense, enthusiastic learner with outstanding learning ability; 
6.Excellent planning, organizing, communication and coordination abilities;
7.Can accept 0-1 year’s international market development work, has challenging spirit;
8.Can accept overseas work (1-2 years);
9.Familiar with and capable of using IT related concepts and tools, understand and use IT, assist superiors to formulate and implement international business development strategy, promote international business development, enhance business performance and competitive advantage.
